Attaching the Tilt/Swivel Base
• Removing the Tilt/Swivel Base
With the built-in pedestal, you can tilt and/or swivel the monitor for the most
comfortable viewing angle.
 CAUTION: The tilt/swivel
base is detachable.
Attaching
the Tilt Swivel Base
- Turn off the monitor and unplug it from the electrical outlet.
- Place the monitor upside-down on a padded, flat work surface.
- Align the hooks on the swivel base with the corresponding slots on the bottom
of the monitor.

NOTE: The base will align with
the monitor slots in only one position. |
- Press the swivel base onto the monitor until the hooks are fully engaged
in the slots, and then push the swivel base toward the front of the monitor
until the release latch clicks into the locked position.
Removing
the Tilt Swivel Base
- Place the monitor upside-down on a stable, flat work
surface.
- Squeeze and pull up on the release latch on the swivel
base.
- Push the swivel base toward the back of the monitor and
lift up to remove the base.
