SNC は、電源投入時の自己診断テスト (POST) が済むと、ランタイム LIC (ライセンス内部コード) のブートローダーを探し、ロードし、実行しようとします。以下は、ブートローダー表示の一例です。

LIC 初期化メッセージ

ブートローダーは、LIC を発見してロードすると、LIC に制御を渡し、SNC の動作を開始します。以下は、LIC の表示の一例です。
