| CD/DVD media is not being recognized by computer or drive. |
- Please attempt to re-insert the module and restart the system.
- Please make sure that you are using the correct media format.
- Please make sure the correct software applications and drivers are installed in your system.
- Please run a Virus check to see CD-RW/DVD-ROM software driver been corrupted, if they do please repair or replace the driver if possible.
- Please make sure the CD/DVD media that you are using is not dirty or have fingerprints on the surface.
- Please make sure the CD-RW/DVD-ROM drive is connected properly.
