Your computer supports a modem card. If you ordered a modem card with your computer, the card is already installed.
Remove the M2 x 3-mm screw that secures the modem card.
Press the modem card edge closest to the back of the computer until it
loosens.
Lift up the modem card by the tab to fully remove it from the connector.
NOTE: It may be necessary to loosen the cable from its guide channel.
Turn the modem card over, hold it while removing its cable and remove it
from the computer.

Replacing a Modem Card
NOTICE: The connectors are keyed to ensure correct insertion. If you feel resistance, check the connectors on the card and on the system board, and realign the card.
NOTICE: To avoid damage to the modem card, never place cables under the card.
NOTE: This procedure assumes that you have completed the removal procedures first.
Insert the modem card cable into the modem card.
Place the modem card cable into the guide channel
Turn the modem card over, line it up to the connector on the system board
and press it into the connector until it is firmly in place.
Replace the M2 x 3-mm screw that secures the modem card.
